INDIAN WELLS PROF. CENTER

Indian Falls Professional Building is a 72,000-square-foot, two-story design-build office complex completed in Palm Springs, California as part of a 300-acre master-planned resort. Featuring a waterfall-inspired design, underground parking, and golf course views, the project was delivered and ultimately acquired by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians for use as their headquarters.
